I was not overly satisfied with the Clarion Hotel. The room was great and it was very clean, but thefront desk clerks was kind of rude. I was there on a Sunday of course so my first comment from them was no dinner because resturant was closed, i said i need the shuttle for morning, there answer was no wake up call because no phone in room. although the shuttle was there waiting on us and the driver was very nice and friendly. They said vending and ice machine on every floor but had to go to 6th floor to get ice. Like i said i was very satisfied with the room condition and the shuttle but staff could have been a little friendlier, they are the first impression, if i had not already had the room paid for i would have probably went somewhere else just because of the front desk clerks
